Music of Montamarte

Life is a process of taking what you have and turning it into something worthwhile. Your willingness determines the conditions of your life.

– Iyanla Vanzant

We were in the Montamarte area of Paris and the sounds of a local accordion player drew us down a cobbled street. His wife was handling the sheet music and taking requests from tourists while he happily played throughout the afternoon. We stayed for a minutes listening in before heading off to a cafe for cafe au laits and cookies. It didn’t take me long to fall in love with Paris and when I do get back it won’t be soon enough.

    • Haha…Add it to your list and make it happen next year. Take some time away from that job and make it happen!
