Golden Gate Sunrise (San Francisco, California)

The fog cleared in the early pre-dawn hours and gave way to a majestic sunrise over the Golden Gate Bridge in San Francisco, California. I was surprised with the amount of people that were there on that morning – it was a Sunday but the crowd for sunrise was pretty impressive. We were all treated to a wonderful sight!

    • My wife and I have never made it to Barcelona (:() but it is on our list! It is hard to get there via American Airlines without connecting through London. The connection through London wouldn’t be that bad except when ‘buying’ your ticket on airline miles the take-off/landing fees at Heathrow crush any of the savings since you wind up at about $600/ticket versus $80/ticket flying direct. Occasionally, I’ve found direct flights to Madrid but it never seems to fit within our time frames for travel.
